The following Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Secret Lead Factory(SLF) and its members. SLF, at
its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught violating any of the Terms and
Conditions without notice. SLF reserves the right to update, modify, add or change these Terms and Conditions
without notice.
Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed, at the sole discretion of SLF, with all product usage forfeited. Any member who distributes content that is deemed damaging to SLF or its members will be terminated and legal action will be pursued.
The cost of the SLF marketing system is a one-time $49.95 and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
We have a zero tolerance for spam sent out by any of the sites we host. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sending
emails to people who have not opted in to your list, adding people to your list without their approval, or adding people
back into your list who have chosen to opt out. Violation of this can result in cancellation of your account.
You are prohibited from using viruses (trojans, adware, bots, software etc) to market your site or capture page. Violation of this can result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
You may use the capture page designs we provide you but you are not allowed to copy them to another site or use
them outside of the system that we provided you with. You are not allowed to take any elements of the design or
script and re-use them in any manner.
You are not allowed to sell or distribute the emails that you acquire using the system. Violation of this can result in
immediate termination of your account.
